Sharks fans have been given a promising bonus this off-season. Still disappointed about the possible sacking of Test and State of Origin representative Greg Bird, the fans now have some good news in the club’s signing of former Test back-rower Reni Maitua.
This top-quality footballer has played in an NRL Premiership-winning team, and represented Australia. In the 2007 season, he was the only Bulldogs player to play all 26 games.
At the Sharks in 2009, Reni will be able to show Rugby League fans how good he really is.
