Although not originally named in the side, Lancen Joudo made his NRL debut in this game, and Tim Weyman, made his NRL debut for the Cronulla Sharks. They replaced Terence Seu Seu and Bryan Norrie.
Anthony Tupou also played in this game off the bench, with Nathan Stapleton replacing the injured Bronx Goodwin.
