Your going to need Tautai, Gardiner and Kelly to bring the goods from the outset sharks. You have fantastic forwards and a good 5/8th however your half and outside backs are not up to scratch, except Ferguson, Pomeroy and Covell.
I like the signing of Tautai this will add some much needed speed and strike power to the sharks backline. One move that should be considered is to move Pomeroy into the backrow to allow for more strike power outwide, whilst Pomeroy has proven to be a very strong player he lacks try scoring ability needed in our backline.
